MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge WiFi avec mon SSD PCIe 3.0 WD Black NVMe standard ainsi que le SSD Aorus NVMe Gen4 de Gigabyte pour voir comment il a géré un périphérique PCIe 4.0. À partir du WD, cela correspondait à peu près aux trois autres cartes X570 que j’ai testées, produisant une vitesse de lecture aléatoire de 45,6 Mo / s et une vitesse d’écriture aléatoire de 150,4 Mo / s. Ce dernier est peut-être un peu lent par rapport à la concurrence, dont la plus rapide a pu atteindre 178,7 Mo / s, mais encore une fois, cela ne me dérange pas trop compte tenu de son prix plus bas.

Cependant, ses performances de MSI MPG X570 GAMING EDGE WIFI  PCIe 4.0 étaient plus rapides que celles de la carte Aorus Master de Gigabyte, et au coude à coude avec le réticule Asus, avec 66,7 Mo / s en lecture aléatoire et 162,1 Mo / s en écriture aléatoire. En ce qui concerne l’AsRock, je n’étais pas vraiment en mesure d’installer le SSD Gigabyte sur cette carte particulière, car son panneau de dissipateur thermique intégré ne lui laissait pas assez de place. De même, même si j’avais retiré le panneau du dissipateur thermique d’AsRock, j’aurais dû le laisser pendre à l’intérieur de mon boîtier en raison du petit groupe de fils qui le fixe à la carte principale, ce qui n’est ni très pratique ni quelque chose que vous feriez veulent supporter le long terme.

Dans l’ensemble, le MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge WiFi ressemble pour le moment à un bon rapport qualité-prix, du moins par rapport aux cartes X570 plus chères que j’ai testées jusqu’à présent. Il y a, certes, quelques problèmes de qualité de vie avec cette carte – elle n’est pas livrée avec une belle plaque arrière lisse, par exemple, ni avec un connecteur de panneau avant comme son concurrent plus cher. Vous n’avez également que deux câbles SATA, deux vis M.2 (sans entretoises) et son antenne Wi-Fi incluse dans la boîte, tandis que d’autres cartes vous en procureront beaucoup plus.
